- to create contributor accounts on their Dashboard: rates are adapted to the number of accounts needed (see below for details). These acounts may be related to an email address or not. The may be employees or external contributors
- to create working groups (or "folders") and to assign them contributors as members or managers
- to select the policy of these folders: projects (full interaction between members), classroom (members see only their work and the managers' work), gallery (only managers can store files in these folders)

- to benefit from 3D Slash Premium features
- to work from the files the teacher saved in the classroom's folder
- to share their work in the "folders" to which they belong
- to open easily the files from others contributors
